   Draw a line for her eyes, and 2 smaller ones for he brows.
   
   Draw a "C" shape for her nose.
   
   Add in a big smile and her ears. , Make her bangs/top of her head a mass of curls, with point pieces of hair on either side. , Draw her arms behind her back. , Draw half ovals for the feet.
   
   The lower section of her body should be approximately equal in size to to her torso. , Make sure it has a tutu-like skirt (as seen here) with polka dots.
   
   Also draw in her socks and shoes.
   
   The heights of the socks will be uneven and the laces should just be zigzags on top of her half-oval feet. , Make sure no excess guidelines remain.
