Step 1: Draw a circle for the head.
Add in guidelines for the features, mainly a vertical and a horizontal. -
Step 2: Sketch in her face.
Draw a line for her eyes, and 2 smaller ones for he brows.
Draw a "C" shape for her nose.
Add in a big smile and her ears. , Make her bangs/top of her head a mass of curls, with point pieces of hair on either side. , Draw her arms behind her back. , Draw half ovals for the feet.
The lower section of her body should be approximately equal in size to to her torso. , Make sure it has a tutu-like skirt (as seen here) with polka dots.
Also draw in her socks and shoes.
