    Check before cutting that it is wider and longer than the image you wish to insert inside of it. , Draw this in pencil.

    Cut out the inner rectangle and discard of it. , Glue together three sides, leaving open and unglued one of the shorter ends. , Glue on buttons, sequins, glitter, etc. or use markers to make decorations around the frame. , Stretch the string right across and glue each end.

    Leave a little slack to allow for hanging. , Hang the picture inside its new frame onto the wall.
