Step 1: Learn how to ride a scooter.

Step 2: Get some speed.

Step 4: Get a tight grip on the handlebars and jolt upwards.

Step 8: Bend your knees a little bit

Step 9: Get a good grip with both hands and feet.

Step 10: Bend your knees a little more

Step 11: then sort of hop while keeping your feet on the deck and with a good grip.
