Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Every Friday night make sure you saturate the hair and scalp with a type of oil.

    Try something like Shea butter oil, olive oil, coconut oil, lavender oil ( this is really great because it prevents hair loss), palm oil, almond oil, Apricot Kernel Oil,carrot oil, tea tree oil, Avocado Oil, Safflower Oil, Sesame Oil, Soy Oil, Sunflower Oil, Walnut Oil.

    There are more oils you can choose from.
  2. Step 2: Cover with a clear shower cap and leave it in overnight.

    When you wake up in the morning, make sure you put a warm towel on you head or set in a hooded dryer with a low heat setting. , make sure to leave it in for a few minutes. , you may consider to sit under a hooded dryer or wrap a warm towel around your head at this time. ,,,
  3. Step 3: Use a conditioning shampoo such as Meditress

  5. Step 5: Aveeno active naturals

  6. Step 6: and etc.

  7. Step 7: Rinse thoroughly and then apply a deep conditioner (like wen or Hair One) for fifteen minutes or more.

  8. Step 8: gently comb the hair

  9. Step 9: and gently dry ( air-dry or sit under a hooded dryer).

  10. Step 10: Apply a cream to your hair throughout the week to the ends.

  11. Step 11: While sleeping use a silk or satin scarf and sleep on a pillowcase made out of that same material.
