Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Purchase a hand-held shower.

    These are often known as 'shower-sprays'

    'shampoo-sprays' or 'shower attachments'.

    They fit onto the taps/faucets with suction cups so that you can wash your hair by leaning over the bath or sink/basin.

    This allows you to access all points of your head without weighing your hair down, or creating tangles.

  2. Step 2: Before you start

    , Using the hand-held shower, thoroughly wet your hair with lukewarm water and continue for 80 seconds.

    The more damp your hair is, the better it will wash.

    Lift up your hair (gently, now!) and make sure that you get in all the nooks and crannies. , Allow some of the droplets of water dripping from your hair to gather in your hand
