    Now you will boil the brinjals with one pinch of salt.

    When you are boiling the brinjals we will cut the green chilli and the onions into small sizes.
  2. Step 2: At this point you will see that the brinjals are boiled.

    Now we are going to divide the chopped green chilli and the onions into half.

    Now we will break two eggs into a bowl.

    Next we will add the boiled brinjals with the eggs and we will add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder and half of the chopped onions and green chili and 1 teaspoon of salt.

    Now, smash the brinjals. , When the oil is hot, put in rest of the chopped onions and green chili.

    Fry the onion properly.

    Now, add the smashed brinjals and eggs with the frying onions. , Cook for at least for 17 minutes.
