    Always pour just enough water to barely cover the bulgar, and no more because we do not want to soften the bulgar too much., Chop the leaves very finely and place in large mixing bowl., Then place bulgar in large mixing bowl with parsley,, But remember, no matter the look or outcome, if you follow the procedure, the food will taste the same, even if it has a different consistency.,,,,, It must not be dry.,,,
