Line a slice pan with parchment or baking paper. , The sugared side needs to face downward. , Mix until smooth and all the sugar has dissolved.
You can either use an electric mixture or do this by hand. , Whisk in to combine thoroughly. , Tap the side to remove any trapped air bubbles. , This time, face the sugar side upwards. , Bake for 50 minutes or until the cheesecake portion has set. , Let sit for about 10 minutes to slightly cool. , It should be refrigerated for at least one hour but can remain in there longer, as needed. , Either place on the table for self-service or pre-slice into separate sandwich portions and plate up individually.
Serve with whipped cream and/or fresh berries/fruit. -
