Step 1: Clean the rice.
Put it in a sieve (colander) and run cold water from the tap over it, swaying the sieve from side to side all the while until the rice looks very white. -
Step 2: Get your bell pepper and cut in in half.
Cut off the green stem on top and scoop out the seeds.
Slice the middle out before dicing (cutting into small squares) the remaining bell pepper very small. ,,,,,,,,,, -
Step 3: Put the pepper chunks in your cooking pot with the rice

Step 4: and stir until the pepper is worked all of the way through the rice.

Step 5: Pour in the 200 milliliters (6.8 fl oz) of water and stir very well.
