Step 1: Pour the boiling water over the oats.
Set aside to soften for one hour. -
Step 2: Dissolve the yeast in the first lot of warm water and add the honey.
Mix together. , Stir well using your hands over a few minutes. , Divide the dough in half and place each half in a separate tin. , Leave until the bread nears the top of the tins, leaving a rounded shape. ,,, Take out of the tins immediately and leave to cool on cooling racks. -
