  1. Step 1: Make a circle and divide it into 12 parts.

  15. Step 15: Cobalt blue hue is next

  17. Step 17: The third transparent primary Cyan is next

  18. Step 18: it's called phthalocyan or phthalo cyan or Thalo cyan

  19. Step 19: PB15.3.

  20. Step 20: Next is Turquoise

  21. Step 21: 100% transparent cyan and 50% transparent yellow.

  22. Step 22: Green is the third secondary color

  23. Step 23: 100% transparent cyan and 100% transparent yellow.

  24. Step 24: The 11th color is to the left of the 1st color Yellow.
