How to Install and Use HeliosPaint

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Go to HeliosPaint.com.

   This program will install onto Mac, Windows, Linux, and Unix.

   Step 2: Install the software onto your computer.

   , The first time that you open it, you will see the 'Image' and the 'Select Color and Transparency' screen. ,, Starting from the top, your options are:
   Pencil (pixel editor) Lines Paint Brush Eraser Spray Can Paint Can Area Selection and Movement Text Shapes Color and Effects Change Color, Brightness, and Transparency Using Gradients Transform Color Grabber ,, Use the various tools to make your own image.

   Step 3: Start up HeliosPaint.

   Step 4: On the 'Select Color and Transparency' dialog box

   Step 5: select a color that you want to start working on your image with.

   Step 6: Decide which tool you want to use.

   Step 7: Look at the lower left of the screen to find the grid that you will use for your creation.

   Step 8: Start off your image by using the shapes tool.
