  1. Step 1: Find the ALT key on your phone keypad.

    Blackberry keypads are built to look like a computer keyboard.

    On most Blackberry phones, the ALT key will be located to the left of the space bar near the bottom left corner of the keypad.
  2. Step 2: Locate the caps key.
