  1. Step 1: Make sure you are running the Windows 8.1 operating system.

    If not, update your operating system from Windows 8 (at the very least) to Windows
    8.1, as the only way you'll have this app on the Start Screen (formerly called the Metro Desktop), is if you have Windows
