Step 1: Watch the cut-scene and wait for it to finish.
He will start shooting 4 rockets at a time at you. -
Step 2: Hide behind the stacked Gold Bars as cover.
, A good weapon choice would an Assault Rifle or Machine Gun. , Note if you shoot him from close you can take his Multi-Rocket Launcher. , This takes place just after the cut-scene when on the flying nuclear missiles. ,, Press B for the Xbox 360 or C for the Ps3 to Stunt Jump onto the next missile. , -
Step 3: Shoot him while he is reloading.

Step 4: Repeat those until he has lost his health and leads you into a cut-scene.

Step 5: Disarm the nuclear missiles.

Step 6: Shoot him with one of the suggested weapons until he falls off and is hanging onto the Missile.

Step 7: Disarm the missile once the first one is disarmed.
