Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Strengthen your arms.

    Sit on your knees, keeping your back straight.

    Hold a 5 pound weight in each hand.

    Touch your elbows to your waist.

    To avoid hurting knees, try to land softly on your toes like a cat.
