Step 1: Mash boiled potatoes.
Place the already boiled potatoes into a large bowl.
Use a potato masher, hand blender or another utensil to mask to potatoes until smooth. -
Step 2: Flavour the potatoes.
Add bread crumbs along with sago, onion, salt, black pepper powder, and coriander powder. , Take small round balls from the mashed potatoes and stuff cheeses in between the potatoes. , Press the patties with your hands while applying some pressure to flatten them. , Sprinkle some bread crumbs onto the patties making sure to coat both sides.
This will give the patties a crispy outside. , Pour cooking oil into a lathe pan and allow to heat.
Let the patties cook over a medium flame until golden brown. , Once the patties are cooked remove them from the stove.
Using a paper towel lay it over the patties with some pressure to remove excess oils. , Place the patties onto a serving plate with a dollop of sour cream or something else that will appeal to your toddler. -
