Step 1: Print the baby shoe pattern.

You now have all the pattern pieces cut out for 1 shoe.

Step 2: Cut the pattern pieces.

Step 3: Cut two sole and two upper pieces.

Step 4: Pin the heel pattern to a single layer of fabric.

Step 6: Insert a few pins along the folded edge to keep the heel in place.

Step 7: Lay the elastic just along the fold line of the heel.
