Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Go outside

    A grape, blueberry or piece of foam will work for this.
  2. Step 2: and place a small object on the ground.

    Each time, look down and try to squish or touch your heels to the object. , Take a ten second break, then repeat the jumping process. , Once touching/squishing the object is a habit, look away from the object and try again. , When consistent, leave the object behind and start jumping
