When using Xbox Backup Creator, simply insert the disc into the Kreon drive, select "Complete Backup"
and click Start.
Xbox 360 .iso files are typically around 8 GB in size. , The .iso file must be "stealth-patched" in order for it to work correctly online after being burned.
