Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Go into the boss room to start the battle.

   Use a Tornado Rod or turn into a painting when it charges towards you. , Slash it repeatedly until it gets back up. , Avoid this by turning into a painting.
   
   Beware though, that should it hit a crack in the floor, it will destroy it.
   
   This will make it harder to maneuver around the arena. , Repeat the pattern of avoiding it and slashing its eye until it's defeated.
   
   Halfway through the battle, it will become faster and try to squash you more often.

   Step 2: Knucklemaster will try to ram Link by turning into a fist and charging towards him.

   Step 5: and its eye will become vulnerable.
