How to Make a Glitter Cotton Snowman Decoration

   Step 1: Open bag of cotton balls and take out a hand full (8-10).

   Begin softly stretching the cotton balls length ways apart until they form into long thin cotton strips. ,, Continue to layer the stretched cotton until the base of the roll is significantly bigger than the top half.
   
   This will give the illusion that the snowman has a bigger base than head.
   
   Leave to dry 3-5 minutes., This will hide the stretched cotton with the new cotton balls., Structure should resemble some kind of snowman shape with large base and a head., On the orange felt draw a small triangle for the nose.
