Step 1: Click on the images shown in this step to get the images for the card.
This will enlarge the images.
Then print out the candy box's card on a heavy paper, like cardstock or construction paper.
Print out the pop-up pieces of the candy box on the same card. -
Step 2: Using a ruler as a guide
Go all the way from the top to the bottom of the card. , There are lots of dotted lines on this pop-up so take your time and make sure to press along all of them. , You might also like to add some glitter or sparkles.
Then carefully cut out the card following the solid, black lines.
Do not cut out any of the lines of the candy box. , Do not color on any areas with a big letter.
Carefully cut out the candy box pieces following the solid, black lines. ,, Take the other pop-up piece that also has an "A" on the tab and press it onto the area marked "Glue A."
, Fold so that you can see the tab with the big "B" on it. , Fold the "B" tab backward so it is aligned "Glue B" area. ,,,, Set it aside. ,, Carefully line up the matching tabs on the candy box and press into the glue areas.
Let dry. , Fold each tab all the way in towards the center. , When the lid is threaded all the way through and is lying flat against the candy box, fold the little dog's ear tabs back out into their original position. , Your Valentine candy pop-up box is ready to send to a loved one. -
