Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Start up Paint.Net with an image size of 800 * 600.;

    Allow them to seed at their default settings. ,,,,,,,,,, These are just something to get you started.

    Red
    - 82, 176 Green
    - 162, 96 Blue
    - 205, 77 ,, Set the scale to 36 and leave everything else at the default. , Effects >> Blurs >> Gaussian Blue.

  3. Step 3: Select Effects >> Render >> Clouds.

  6. Step 6: Go to the bottom layer and repeat

  7. Step 7: only with the Bulge set for -200.

  8. Step 8: Go back to the top layer and set the properties at Blend Mode - Xor.

  9. Step 9: Flatten (or merge) the top layer into the bottom.

  10. Step 10: Duplicate the layer again.

  12. Step 12: go to Effects >> Blurs >> Zoom Blur 75.

  13. Step 13: Set the properties on the top layer for Lighten.

  14. Step 14: Still in the top layer

  15. Step 15: select Adjustments >> Curves >> RGB

  16. Step 16: Choose one color at a time to adjust and change to these settings (approximately).

  17. Step 17: Duplicate the top layer.

  18. Step 18: On the top layer

  19. Step 19: select Effects >> Distort >> Dents.

  20. Step 20: Gaussian blur the top layer.

  21. Step 21: Go to the bottom layer and select Adjustments >> Curves >> Luminosity.

  23. Step 23: click on Distort >> Lens >> Default.

  24. Step 24: Still on the bottom layer

  25. Step 25: click on Layers >> Rotate/Zoom >> Zoom with the settings of 0.65x.

  26. Step 26: On the bottom layer

  27. Step 27: click on Curves and then change to RGB.

  28. Step 28: Add New Layer.

  29. Step 29: In the new layer

  30. Step 30: make a radial gradient.

  31. Step 31: Still on the top layer

  32. Step 32: change the properties of the Blend Mode to Additive.

  33. Step 33: Flatten the blast effect.
