Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Open Paint.Net with an 800 * 600 image.

    If you have a hard time getting the colors you want, click on More.

    This will help you finesse your choice. , Use the following settings:
    Scale
    - 800 Roughness
    -
    0.25 Blend Mask
    - Normal Be sure the Blend Mask is set to normal or the colors will be off! , Use the following settings:
    Cell Size
    - Between 15
    - 30 Quality
    - 2 , Use the following settings:
    Angle
    -
    0.00 Tile Size
    - 25 Curvature
    - 10 , Use the following settings:
    Bumpiness
    -
    7.02 (Yes, it's spelled that way in the software). ,,, Do this by selecting Edit >> Paste Into New Layer (or CTRL+Shift V}. ,,,, Click on Effects >> Height Field to Normal Map.

  6. Step 6: Select Effects >> Tile Reflection.

  7. Step 7: Duplicate the layer and run Height Field to Normal Map.

  8. Step 8: Click on Layer Properties and set the layer to Overlay.

  9. Step 9: Merge the two layers.

  10. Step 10: Copy your cobblestone texture and add it as a layer.

  11. Step 11: Click on Layer Properties and set the blending mode for Overlay.

  12. Step 12: Select Effects >> Distort >> Tile Reflection

  13. Step 13: using the same settings as before.

  14. Step 14: Merge the layers as you did before.

  15. Step 15: Duplicate the merged layer and use the Height Field to Normal Plugin.

  16. Step 16: Click on Adjustments >> Black to White (or CTRL+Shift G).

  17. Step 17: Change the layer properties to Overlay again.

  18. Step 18: Merge the two layers...again.

  19. Step 19: Finished.
