How to Make a Water Flower from a Plastic Bag and Straw

   Step 1: Cut the handles off a plastic bag.

   Fold the bag three more times and cut it lengthwise, adding an extra 2 centimeter (0.8 in) to the radius (and the size) of the flower you want to make.
   
   Make a fringe with many thin slits, the same length as the radius of the flower. ,,,, Make sure you leave a good length of fishing line attached to the flower.

   Step 2: Cut the bag open and flatten it out.

   Step 3: Fold and cut the bag as follows: Fold the bag into a rectangle

   Step 4: approximately 15 centimeter (5.9 in) x 30cm (6" x 12") in size.
