Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Assemble your models for the undercoat.
You can do this easily by spray painting them.
Undercoating must be done in black or white paint.
This depends on whether or not the colours you are using are light colours or not.
For colours such as oranges and yellows use white undercoating and for colours such as blues and purples use black. -
Step 2: Once the undercoat is done

Step 3: paint over your model

Step 4: as completely as possible

Step 5: with your chosen foundation colour.

Step 6: Over top of your foundation(s) use your colour(s) to paint the main face of your model.

Step 7: Use a Citadel wash/ink to get in the cracks of your models.

Step 8: Go over any places you un-intentionally got the wash on

Step 9: Start your detailing work

Step 10: Clean up any part of the models that either weren't covered completely

Step 11: or that got a bit of the wrong paint on them.

Step 12: Make sure your model has no fault or anything.

Step 13: You have finished your model and are ready to wage war across the galaxy!
