How to Add Images in Excel

   Step 1: Launch the Microsoft Excel application installed on your computer.

   You may want to include a photograph of a beach or some clip art that represents outdoor leisure activities if your spreadsheet concerns activities available during the summer.
   
   You can add clip art showing a price tag or up and down arrows if your spreadsheet depicts the sales results following a recent price increase. ,, All types of images are found in the Insert menu or tab, depending on your version of Excel.

   If you wish to add an image you have downloaded from the Internet or have saved on your hard drive, use the "Insert picture from file" option.
