  1. Step 1: Know the symptoms of being stressed.

    They are:
    If you get a headache while arguing or thinking about things.

    If you have a hard time going to sleep because you have many things on your mind.

    If you are in school, or having a test/exam, and you can’t concentrate. , If you are at school, work, or any other public place, stay in your current position or whatever comfortable position that won't draw attention. ,,,
  2. Step 2: Sit or lie down

  3. Step 3: your choice.

  4. Step 4: Inhale slowly and say to yourself “I am...”

  5. Step 5: Exhale slowly and say to yourself “relaxed.”

  6. Step 6: Exhale deeply

  7. Step 7: contracting your stomach.

  8. Step 8: Inhale slowly as you expand your abdomen

  9. Step 9: then your chest

  10. Step 10: and finally raise your shoulders towards your ears.

  11. Step 11: Hold for a few seconds.

  12. Step 12: Exhale by releasing your shoulders

  13. Step 13: relaxing chest and contracting your stomach.
