Step 1: Visit the Amazon website in your web browser.
If you are outside of the United States, but live in either Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands (British Virgin Islands are different), you may still be able to be called.
However, you'll have to click the drop-down box and select your country of origin.
Selecting "Other"
will just tell you that you can't be called. , You might still be put on hold, but you'll be awaiting in the queue to be best served. -
Step 2: Login to your Amazon account

Step 3: if you aren't already logged in.

Step 4: Click on "Need More Help" and you will see the "Contact Us" option from the Help link from their website you can see several options

Step 5: and from there.

Step 6: Click "Something else" if it's entirely not related to any of the orders on your account.

Step 7: Open up the drop-down box in Step 2 of the Amazon Contact us page

Step 8: and click "More non-order questions".

Step 9: Click the "Phone" button from Step 3

Step 10: even though another box opens on Step 2 on the Contact us page.

Step 11: Type into the boxes to the right of the label known as "Your number" your phone number you'd like for Amazon to contact you at.

Step 12: Click on "Call now" if you have a phone nearby from that number

Step 13: or if you don't

Step 14: click on "Call me in 5 minutes".
