Step 1: Turn off the electricity to the room and test to make sure it is off
You may be able to just lift them out; once you get them off, set them aside. , Hold onto the fixture so it doesn't fall. ,,,, This light holds the RSC base on to the fixture with two screws and nuts.
Unscrew these and set them aside as you will be using them at a later step , It allows you to make some visual art for fun. , They will be used later to mount the new E27 receptacles. ,, The brackets will hold the receptacles place with the screws set aside earlier. , Make sure everything clears nicely and there is no pressure anywhere., You will need to drill both below and above the new E27 receptacle. Make sure you use a drill bit of sufficient size which will allow the screw to pass thru without binding. ,, Pass the wires thru the fixture. ,, -
Step 2: Remove the shades from the fixture.

Step 3: Unscrew the 4 screws holding the fixture to the baseplate.

Step 4: Take a picture or write down how the wiring is arranged.

Step 5: Unscrew the marettes from the wires.

Step 6: Place the fixture on a sturdy work surface.

Step 7: Remove the RSC bases from the fixture.

Step 8: Use a magnet base screw holder.

Step 9: Keep the metal brackets at the base of the RSC holders.

Step 10: Slide the RSC bases out of the fixture.

Step 11: Bend the old bracket around the new E27 base.

Step 12: Test fit with the shade.

Step 13: Mark out two spots to drill for the mounting of the E27 receptacle.

Step 14: Mark and drill two additional spots to allow the wires to pass through to the back of the fixture.

Step 15: Mount the E27 receptacles to the fixture using the screws and nuts.

Step 16: Wire the fixture in the same way it was wired before removal.

Step 17: Mount the fixture back onto the baseplate on the wall.
