  1. Step 1: Go to eBay.com.

    If you are not automatically logged in, enter your username and password.
  2. Step 2: Click on Help & Contact.

    The link is in the upper left corner of the window. , This blue button appears in the lower right of the window. , Choose the category that best describes the reason you wish to contact eBay:
    Buying; Selling; Account; Returns; or Fees & Billing. , Once you've chosen a category, you'll be given a series of topics from which to select. ,, After you choose a subtopic, the contact options will display at the bottom of the window.

    Select the one that best suits you:
    Call Us, Call Me or Ask the Community.

    Scroll down past the tips, hints and FAQs that eBay will display in order to see the contact options.
  3. Step 3: Click on Contact us.

  4. Step 4: Click on a category.

  5. Step 5: Click on a topic.

  6. Step 6: Click on a subtopic.
