Step 1: Open Sim City 4 and select a city.
You have three sizes of cities in SC4 (small medium and large).
Only small ones will load for The Sims

Step 2: Play the city
You can add lakes, rivers, etc.
Make sure there is enough land left when you're done to add roads. , Add roads, bridges, and trees to suit. , This will be the preview for The Sims
2. ,,,,, Select create custom neighborhood, then select Yes on the pop-up. , When it's done loading, your neighborhood will officially be in TS2. -
Step 3: then terraform your neighborhood to make it more realistic and pretty.

Step 4: Click "Establish City" and name your new city.

Step 5: Take a screenshot of your neighborhood.

Step 6: Save and close SimCity 4

Step 7: Put both the .sc4 file and .png file in your C:\Users\\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains\ folder.
