Step 1: Create a new square by using the Rectangle Tool
Hold down the Alt key and click on the position that you need to be a center of a reflection.
Select Vertical Axis and click “ok”.
Now, you'll got two triangle in that are reflections of each other. ,,,, The example uses 2 colors, black and gray. ,, You'll see your pattern appears in the box. , Draw a shape you want and click at your pattern icon in the Swatch box. , -
Step 2: set it at 200x200px.

Step 3: Change the square into a triangle by using the Delete Anchor Point Tool and click at the top left point.

Step 4: Click on the triangle and go to the Reflect Tool.

Step 5: Select all of it and repeat step 3 but select Horizontal axis instead of Vertical Axis.

Step 6: Create a new square at position 600x600px

Step 7: a group of triangle should be at the center of a square

Step 8: Copy each triangle and set it at the angle of a square

Step 9: continue doing it until you have a triangle in every angle.

Step 10: Color it.

Step 11: After you have finished adding color
