   Step 1: Make your Sims

   Make any changes to just your house items, but not your walls or make a roof for a second story. , Choose a career which pays the most at later stage.
   
   You may become a doctor because it has the highest paying in long term effect. , Put what you like. , like watching TV, meeting neighbours etc to keep their social and fun needs at high end.
   
   As it avoids a boring life. ,,, Take care of them and keep earning. ,, You can do this by opening the Sims, starting a New Game, and choosing House.
   
   Search until you find a family with a good amount of money and a family you like.

   Step 2: as usual.

   If there are one or two family members that you want nothing to do with, then have them move. , You never have to start at rock bottom with this method unless that's what you want.

   Step 3: Buy a cheap furnished house.

   Step 4: Look for a job through computer/newspaper/smartphone.
