Step 1: Open Microsoft Paint.
Change the height & width to 32 exactly! ,,! , Grab a tool, draw away, and enjoy your amateur/moderate/professional work. ,, So when you go to 'Copy'
it will automatically bring up a pop up that says "Save as".
Ignore where it says "file type" .
Just rename it if you want, and then at the end of the name put .ico ,, It makes for easier finding later. -
Step 2: Go to Image

Step 3: then Attributes.

Step 4: Click View

Step 5: then Zoom

Step 6: then finally show grid.

Step 7: Click View

Step 8: then Zoom then Custom

Step 9: and finally

Step 10: put it at 800%!!!!!

Step 11: Start painting.

Step 12: Save your file first as a .bmp file

Step 14: open it up

Step 15: and either copy it or re-save it as an .ico file.

Step 18: go to Customize (or if it is already on the first selection then it should say "Change icon") and change the icon.

Step 19: Save the *.ico version of the file on your desktop.
