Step 1: Pick out a gum you like.
This includes knowing what flavor you like, what brand, and how much you'd like to chew (keep in mind: the more gum the more flavor, but also the more difficult to chew).
You may want to go to a gum tasting party for this, or speak to your local taste bud therapist. -
Step 2: Unwrap the gum
Don't put the gum in your mouth yet! , Not only will this give you an appreciation for your good taste, it will preview the experience yet to come. , Take two deep breaths inhaling through your mouth. , (Those of you with orthodontic- preventing- issues (OPI) should probably not be chewing gum anyway.) , (Warning, careful not to choke). , If done correctly, the gum will follow suit by morphing its shape. ,, You don't want to create any negative associations toward your favorite gum. -
