How to Find the Blasted Lands Portal in Your Capital City

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Veer right from the front entrance of the city

   This is the Cleft of Shadow. ,,,,, The portal is in the middle. , If you walked there, this is where you'll get off the elevator.
   
   If you flew, you'll have to walk to the bottom of the tower.
   
   At the northeast of the tier, you'll find a building. ,,, You should see the portal on the other side of the cave. ,, Continue along the path, around the fountain pool, and up the ramp lined with guards. , Take the right one to find the portal.
   
   If you used the Orb of Translocation in Undercity, you'll be teleported directly to the spire.

   Step 2: then turn right into the Drag when you reach the elevator.

   Step 3: Keep going around this half-circle until you see a purple cave on your left.

   Step 4: Enter it and head down the ramp to the lower level

   Step 5: then veer left before you reach the ramp that goes back up to the top level.

   Step 6: Ride the elevators from the upper courtyard down to the lower "main circle" of the city.

   Step 7: Take the two ramps down past the central bank and ride through one of the doorways (which particular one doesn't matter).

   Step 8: Circle around until you get to the Magic Quarter

   Step 9: which is the upper right segment of the circle.

    Step 10: Make sure you're on the outer ring (beyond the slime river)

    Step 11: and run up one of the two sets of steps on either side of the temple there.

    Step 12: Make your way to the bottom tier of the city.

    Step 13: Run into it then go up the stairs on the left

    Step 14: then onto the balcony of the building.

    Step 15: Take the bridge to the Spirit Rise.

    Step 17: then an immediate left into the cave.

    Step 18: If you flew there

    Step 19: go through the front entrance of the city and veer to the left side of the Walk of Elders.

    Step 20: Turn right at the dead end

    Step 21: then left into Murder Row.

    Step 23: there will be a doorway on each side.
