    Do so by clicking the Windows logo in the bottom-left corner of the screen, or by pressing ⊞ Win. , This will search your computer for the Command Prompt app., It should be the first icon at the top of the Start window.

    Doing so opens the Command Prompt app., Doing so will immediately clear your PC's DNS cache., You should now be able to connect to any DNS error-locked pages.
  2. Step 2: Type command prompt into Start.

  3. Step 3: Click Command Prompt.

  4. Step 4: Type in ipconfig /flushdns then press ↵ Enter.

  5. Step 5: Restart your web browser.
