  1. Step 1: Beat Gym Leader Brawly.

    If you're taking the "normal" path through the game (beating the gym leaders in order), the Pokéblock Case doesn't come into play until you beat Brawly and receive the Knuckle Badge.

    Play through the game normally up to this point.

    For reference, Brawly is the Fighting-type gym leader located in Dewford City.He is the second gym leader you encounter.
  2. Step 2: Go to Slateport City.

    After beating Brawly, you should receive the "Devon Goods" item from a Devon Corporation worker.

    You will be instructed you to take the goods to Slateport City.

    A convenient way to get to Slateport is to take a ride on Mr.

    Briney's boat (located in Dewford City, the same town as Brawly's gym).

    Briney can give you a ride, you need to rescue his pet Wingull, Peeko.

    Peeko is held captive by a Team Magma grunt in Rusturf Tunnel.
