Step 1: Choose your sprouts.

You can buy these at many food or garden stores, or you can order them online.
Buy organic seeds if you can, to make sure they aren't treated with chemicals. -
Step 2: Sterilize mason jars.
Large, wide-mouthed canning mason jars are available at cooking supply stores and even some supermarkets.
You can reuse jars that you have used in the past, but they should be carefully sterilized.
Fill each mason jar 1/5 full of bleach and fill the remaining container with hot water.
Let the jar sit for a minute, then rinse it thoroughly.
Repeat with each jar you have. , You will not need to use the lid. , This will be placed on top of the mason jar, below the canning lid ring. ,, (10 to 40 g) of seeds into each sterilized jar. ,,,,,,,, Fill the mason jar, pouring it out and allow it to drain at a 45 degree angle, like you did the first time.

Step 15: Repeat for 3 to 6 days
