How to Hard Reset Momo

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Turn off your Momo9.

   Locate the power button and press it to turn off your device.

   Step 2: Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Up button.

   Keep on holding the buttons and a green screen will appear.
   
   Do not let go yet.
   
   After the green screen, a red screen will appear. , A message should appear letting you know that you are now in Android system recovery. , Scroll by using the "Volume" buttons and select using the "Power" button. ,,

   Step 3: Release the Power and Volume Up button.

   Step 4: Select the "Power" option.

   Step 5: Click on "Wipe Data/Factory" reset.

   Step 6: Click on “Yes-delete all user data.” Your phone will now reboot by itself.
