Step 1: Tell yourself that the annoying person is a flawed human just like you.
You shouldn't think any better of yourself than you do for that person because everyone has his/her own problems.
Also, that person may not even be aware that he/she is irking you! Keep in mind that you also may be annoying someone else unconsciously. -
Step 2: Think about the reasons why you are annoyed by that person.
