Step 1: First You'll need a cursor authoring program.
A nice free one is Real World Cursor Editor.
It has Vista Compatibility (at least with Home Premium). -
Step 2: Once You've gotten the program you can start making cursors.
Open it up, and create a new cursor , That entire checkered box will be your cursor. now you can use the Line, circle, or pencil tool to draw up a cursor. , When You are done making a cursor, Save it and Move it to the Cursors Folder.
The cursors Folder is located in Computer-Windows-Cursors for vista users. -
Step 3: In the new window you will see a Magnified area.
