Step 1: Cut off the sleeve of a long sleeved shirt.
(For an added Halloween affect, if you're doing that, try to make it look ripped.) -
Step 2: get a glove.
Make sure that the glove isn't too big/small for the sleeve. , For a better affect, make the attaching on the inside of the sleeve, so you can't see it. , But it looks floppy.
Obviously.
You didn't put anything in it! Take some old newspapers or any trash and stuff it inside. , -
Step 3: Pin the glove to the sleeve.

Step 4: Look what you have so far.
