Step 2: Soak the doilies or laces in wallpaper glue.
Dredge them well as you want the doilies to be fully covered with glue. , If you are using multiple doilies, make sure they overlap as you cover the balloon in order to create a bowl-like shape. ,, Pull balloon away from the doilies to reveal your candleholder. , -
