Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Write the movie!

    Write what the characters will be saying.
  2. Step 2: Go to iMovie and go to File

    Or open iMovie and type "Command" and N at the same time.

    Select what theme you would like (no theme works best though).

    Type in the title and then create! , Drag it to the movie space.

    Then select the background. ,, Keep them in sight while the iMovie window is open. ,,,, Click where you want to start recording your voice.

    It will start making a beeping noise and play the movie from the beginning, then when it reaches where you clicked, start right away! Click to stop recording. ,
  3. Step 3: then New Project.

  4. Step 4: Go to the titles and choose which title format you would like.

  5. Step 5: If you can't see the desktop and iMovie at the same time at the moment

  6. Step 6: make the iMovie window smaller or minimize the other windows open.

  7. Step 7: Move all the pictures you are using to the desktop.

  8. Step 8: Choose the lower or upper title for your words or skip this if you are going to use real voices.

  9. Step 9: Drag the picture you want first

  10. Step 10: then drag it on to the upper or lower title and select replace or if using real voices

  11. Step 11: drag the picture into the movie space.

  12. Step 12: Repeat steps 6 and 7 for the rest of your pictures.

  15. Step 15: and get ready to talk!
