Wash it out well and allow it to dry thoroughly. -
Step 2: Cut out two wings or flippers from black construction paper.
Cut two eye sized circles too.
Snip the remainder of the black construction paper into a square shape., Cut a triangle and two webbed feet shapes from some orange paper.
Draw on it if you like. , Glue the feet to the flat bottom part. , Admire your penguin and enjoy! , -
Step 3: Cut an oval shape from some white paper and then cut two slightly larger circles.
