Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Twist the Oreo apart so the two cookies are separate.

   Try to take the cookies apart so that the white cream is on one side. ,,,,,,,, Make sure one side has cream, and one doesn't.
   
   If you have cream on both sides, use a Popsicle stick to scrape cream from one Oreo side to the other.

   Step 2: Use a butter knife to cover each cookie with chocolate frosting.

   Use chocolate frosting to stick one whopper on top of the 2 others. , Put 4 candy corn pieces to it sticking over the edge.
   
   Attach it to the whoppers. , Attach it to the top chocolate whopper.

   Step 3: Fill the cookie with the least amount of white cream with 4 or 5 pieces of candy corn to make the feathers.

   Step 4: Arrange the candy corn so that the endpoints are all facing the middle of the cookie
