Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F or 200C.

    The cubes should be around the size of cheese cubes you would buy in the store, maybe 3/4"x3/4". ,,  Place each ball pinched side down on an ungreased cookie sheet.

    It's hard to show how to pinch the rolls shut, but they should basically look like the ones on the right when you're done. ,, If you don't have a brush for this part, you can use the back of a spoon to spread the melted butter.

    Each roll should have a light coating over the top half, there may be leftover butter. ,,,
  2. Step 2: Chop mozzarella into bite-size cubes.

  3. Step 3: Take 3-4 pieces of mozzarella and press into the center of each roll.

  4. Step 4: Wrap each roll around the cheese and firmly pinch shut into a round ball of dough with mozzarella at the center.

  5. Step 5: Melt butter in the microwave

  6. Step 6: 20 seconds should melt it completely.

  7. Step 7: Brush butter over the top of each roll.
